  • 1st loan up to FNMA county-conforming limits

  • 2nd loan (piggyback) up to $250,000 with 10% down + 660+ FICO

  • 2nd loan (piggyback) up to $500,000 with 10% down + 700+ FICO

FOREIGN NATIONAL PROGRAM

  • Up to 55% LTV

  • Max loan $1,500,000

  • Max DTI 43% (Second homes only)

  • SFR, 2nd homes or investment properties allowed

  • 1 Unit, PUD's, and warrantable condominiums

ITIN or DACA MORTGAGE PROGRAM

  • 25% down payment

  • Purchase, refinance or investment property OK

  • Valid ITIN card or IRS ITIN letter

  • Valid Gov't-issued photo ID

  • 1-yr tax return or 1-yr W2 or 1099 or 12-month P&L
