SUBDIVISION LOANS

Business loans to borrowers for the purchase and/or development of unimproved raw land for a residential or commercial subdivision

  • Loan amounts from $100,000 to $2,500,000

  • Loan amounts up to 50% of loan-to-value

           (not to exceed 70% of loan-to-cost, land purchase up to 55% LTV)

  • Term: up to 3 years

  • Rates: Prime Rate plus 2.5% to 4.5%
